Raspberry Protein Smoothie Recipe

Protein is an essential building block within our body. Without enough of it, our bodies will struggle to function at their best. Boost your muscle strength and production while you support immune function, tissue repair, regulate hormones, and healthy digestion.


It can be challenging to get the proper amount of protein daily! It is suggested that each of us eat .8 to 1.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. If you’re doing this calculation in pounds, you need about .36 grams per pound of body weight. This recommendation is just to meet your basic protein needs so adding more might be a great idea.


Do some math and make a protein goal!

Raspberry Rush Protein Smoothie


1 cup cashew or almond milk

2 scoops chocolate or vanilla doterra protein

1 cup frozen raspberries

Handful of ice

1 drop doterra Lime essential oil


Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smoothe. Sip and enjoy!
