You have probably been led here because you love your doterra wellness products and what they have done for you, your family, and maybe even some friends who you have already shared it with. For many, the business side of doterra comes unexpectedly because you were a customer first and realized how natural it is to share what is working for you in the conversations you are already having.
Social Selling = Connection + Sales
This industry is known by many names, but I love 'social selling' because it is clear on the two biggest pieces of a successful business, and often the two biggest hang-ups people have when trying to work in this industry, regardless of the company.
You must be willing to talk to people and make genuine connections, whether in person or online and you must be willing to work in a sales industry. We often hear that you "don't want to be salesy." We teach you to run your business in a way that feels good to you and your customers. Skip the ick, we do it a better way.

There are a lot of options when it comes to network marketing companies to work for. So how do you choose?
So you know I'm not trying only including things that highlight doTERRA, I asked ChatCPT for a list of what to look for in a network marketing company in order to have the best success rates and this is what was listed: (I've included paragraphs below each section and bullet points.)

I have yet to find a company with a better compensation plan than doTERRA and it just got upgraded to be even better! This is especially telling with the current trend of companies reducing compensation or moving into affiliate models.

Of all of the compensation plans I've seen, doterra's is the least complicated. In fact, some other companies have tried to copy doterra's comp plan because it works so well. And with the most recent compensation plan upgrades, doterra made sure there were clear ways to earn more from the beginning while still offering unmatched and uncapped earning potential.

(Many other companies are double that or more - yikes!) The purpose is to become a product of the product - when you use and love the products, you will be able to speak more confidently about what they can do for others because you know what they have done for you. And these orders are 100% customizable - you don't need stock on hand to sell and you never have to get more than you need because the product range is robust and will fill many needs for your household.
